We specialise in working with social enterprises, not for profits, charities, community interest companies (CICs), social mission businesses and social mission organisations.
We are tired of business as usual and we are passionate about seeing significant and positive social change in the world. Everyone in the team has also previously worked and/or volunteered in the charity sector.
Our free consultation is an opportunity for you to get to know our team, to ask any questions you may have about our packages and ways to work together.
We ask for a 10h commitment at the minimum. We are happy to work with you for as long as you need it, whether it’s for a short term project, or because you want to achieve key organisational goals over a longer period of time.
We have three packages, each has a different set of hours, but you decide the type of tasks you’d like us to support you with. We have administrative, fundraising and marketing tasks.
One first package is entitled ‘the goal’, which is 10h per month. The second package is called ‘the vision’, which is 20h per month, and the last package - ‘the mission’ - is at least 30h per month.
Our ultimate goal is to help your organisation to flourish. We will discuss what this goal means to you during our free consultation. Working with us also gives you a level of flexibility and cost-effectiveness of not employing your own staff.
We are fundraising, administrative and marketing experts, we really love what we do, and want to use our skills to improve peoples’ lives for the better. We also believe in the idea of empowering our clients for them to choose what they want us to focus on, and what their budget allows. We understand the challenges faced by our clients who might be dealing with income and financial sustainability issues, organisational change and digital transformation obstacles.
The timeline for seeing results varies depending on the specific project and services required. We work efficiently to deliver results as quickly as possible, but also ensure that the quality of our work is not compromised.
This depends on the type of packages you’re interested in. The more hours you work with us, the less we will charge. If you choose our ‘goal’ package, we will charge £40 per hour. If you choose our ‘mission’ package, we will charge £39 per hour, and our ‘vision’ package is £38 per hour.
