Numidia Ltd is a London-based fractional COO for small charities, CICs and social enterprises across the UK. We act as a part-time chief operating officer for organisations that need senior operational support but can’t yet afford, or don’t yet need, a full-time hire. As a small business ourselves, we know what it’s like to do a lot with a little.
Why Numidia Ltd exists
Small charities and social enterprises are often given advice by consultants who write a strategy and then leave. But the hard part isn’t the plan. It’s doing the work, week after week, with a small team and a tight budget.
Numidia Ltd was set up to close that gap. We work alongside your team to keep things running, raise funds, tell your story and set up the systems that make it all easier, so the people behind the mission don’t burn out.

Hello, and welcome from all of us at Numidia Ltd. We’re a fractional COO for small charities, CICs and social enterprises across the UK.
We work with organisations doing brilliant work, but often stretched thin. One or two people juggling funding, admin, the board, social media, and the work they actually care about. And when they do get outside help, it’s often a consultant who writes a strategy and then leaves.
A fractional COO is a part-time chief operating officer. At Numidia Ltd, we join your team for a set number of hours each month and do the work alongside you. Not just the plan, but the follow-through.
Our team brings many years of experience across income generation, operations, marketing and technology, and Numidia Ltd’s founder, Kerry-Ann Francis, is a charity trustee and school governor. So we understand governance from the inside, and what boards and funders expect.
