Assist you with the planning of your event, in line with your budget and your current resources.
Coordinate search and booking for a venue and catering order (in line with your budget).
Coordinate a marketing strategy to advertise your event such as invitations management, social media, website updates etc.
Assist you with the running of the event (London or Edinburgh area), including welcoming guests and guest registration.
We will take high quality pictures of your event and edit them for marketing purposes.
Thank your guests for their attendance (social media/email) and conduct a post event analysis.
Compile, organise, manage and update data and information by entering it into databases and spreadsheets.
Research material published in reports and similar documents that are available via online and offline sources.
Compile a monthly and/or yearly budget spreadsheet to understand your income, expenditures, etc.
Assist with the recording of your organisations financial transactions such as tracking expenses, generating invoices and filing bank statements.
Help to organise, update, load information and run reports on your CRM system.
Drafting and reviewing of employment contracts, agreements, policies, notices and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
Drafting and reviewing of:
- employee emails such as information, directives, responses to delicate matters in event of internal conflicts.
- resolution legal documents.
Ensuring that HR practices and policies are aligned with legal and regulatory requirements.
Drafting and reviewing of your Data Privacy Policy and/or your Website Terms and Conditions.
Organise meeting agendas, papers and produce accurate and timely minutes with action summaries and decisions taken.
Create and maintain a board calendar and co-ordinate all board and sub-committee meetings and paper, including the risk register and action logs.
Assist in filing legally required documents to Companies House and the Charities Commission, if applicable.
Coordinate and support the trustees recruitment lifecycle including role posting, interviews, induction and appraisals.
