Malvac Sorrel is made from steeped, dried hibiscus buds, and has a distinct, tangy flavour that is perfectly nourishing and refreshing. This centuries-old heritage beverage has long been enjoyed by Caribbean and West African cultures.
Malvac is a black, female-owned and operated social business. Their mission is to bring this delicious, healthy drink to the masses! They Malvac Sorrel to become a beacon of authenticity and health-consciousness.
Malvac lacked a dedicated staff member to ensure consistency in content creation, posting, and enforcing their branding. Additionally, they were uninformed about current social media trends and how to align them with their business goals. Consequently, this hindered their ability to connect with a broader audience.
First, we conducted a detailed social media audit, where we performed a comprehensive analysis of strengths and weaknesses across various social media platforms, outlining areas for enhancement. From this audit, we successfully standardised their brand theme, ensuring consistency throughout social media channels.
Additionally, we initiated and boosted their presence on TikTok, offering valuable insights to the Malvac Team on content creation and engaging in TikTok lives.
Going beyond strategy, we actively contributed to content development, participating in filming and providing expertise in video and reel editing. This holistic approach aimed to elevate their online presence, creating a more cohesive and impactful digital identity.
